2013年5月,Professor Dirk Helbing在Nature杂志Perspactive栏目发表文章,对全局网络化风险及其应对策略进行了讨论。Science Daily网站以Global Networks Must Be Redesigned为题对该文进行了评述。参见http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/05/130501131943.htm

Global Networks Must be Re-Designed

The increasing interdependencies between the world’s technological, socio-economic, and environmental systems have the potential to create global catastrophic risks. We may have to re-design many global networks, concludes Professor Dirk Helbing at ETH Zurich’s Risk Center in this week’s issue of Nature. Otherwise they could turn into “global time bombs”.
