Dr. Li’s biophysical research focuses on the dynamics of living matters, across the single molecule, single cell and multi-cellular levels, to understand their biological functions and relevant human diseases behind the complexly dynamical behaviors. Current projects: 1) Complex dynamics in single living cells; 2) Collective behaviors in multi-cellular system; 3) Deep-tissue optical imaging technologies at single-molecule level.
