Han Xiaomeng, graduated from Department of Systems Science of BNU in 2003 and obtained Master’s degree of Applied Psychology in Psychology Department of Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). She worked as a HR in private enterprises, foreign enterprises and state-owned enterprises for more than ten years. Now, she serves as a HR Department senior manager in Financial Investment Company of China Development Bank (CDB).

韩笑萌，2003年毕业于北京师范大学系统科学系系统理论专业。获中科院心理所应用心理学研究生学位。在民营企业、外企、国企有十余年人力资源管理经验。现任国家开发银行金融投资公司人力资源部高级经理。
