In order to strengthen the strategic cooperation between our university and enterprises, optimize the employment structure of graduates, and also provide more exquisite campus recruiting service, School of Systems Science, School of Government and School of Social Development and Public policies allied with the Career Center of Beijing Normal University to hold the first “faculty-orientated job fair” on December 4, 2015.

This job fair targeted the students from the three schools, invited more than 20 enterprises which provided nearly 100 posts of job or internship for graduates and college students. More than 120 undergraduate and graduate students participated this job fair.

With the ongoing increase of the population of college graduates, the stress of employment is accumulating. Facing the “new normal” employment trend, we should transform our focus from employment management to career services to provide more professional career guidance and pointed information for our students. In contrast with large-scale job fair, faculty-oriented job fair is better directed towards specific majors and can better meet the need of market, thus this fair gained consistent approbation from graduates and enterprises.
